Company Establishemt is easy but opening a Commercial Bank Account for it, can be pain if you don't deliver or adapt yourself the system of the Emirate, so if you don't do your responsibilities as banks are requesting (providing documents), you can have a company without bank account.

Commercial Bank Recommendation:

• Emirates NBD [ENBD]:

Emirates NBD is quite best in Personal and Commercial Banking around UAE. By many options of ATM and adapted business, NBD i can call it's the best bank of UAE. But surprisingly their Internet and Mobile Banking options are disappointing comparing to other countries and size of the bank by expectations.

• Commercial Bank of Dubai [CBD]:

Commercial Bank of Dubai is recently made a move to focus on small and mid sizes enterprises and startup ecosystem to grow their customer potencial and supporting enterprises by competitive costs on Commercial Banking without less headaches.
