Minsk is the capital of Belarus.

The city is overall "very safe" and "peaceful" due to laws are strict and authorities doesn't show tolerance on people who is breaking rules without separating citizen, resident or tourist. Personally, during my stay more than a month I have seen and experienced this personally.
