What Is Eclipse Paho?
652

Eclipse Paho is a set of scalable open-source implementations of open and standard messaging protocols aimed at new, existing, and emerging applications for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT). It includes client libraries written in a range of languages, including Java, C, C++, Python, JavaScript, and more. The project is part of the Eclipse Foundation and is an open source implementation of the MQTT (MQ Telemetry Transport) and MQTT-SN (MQTT for Sensor Networks) protocols. These protocols are lightweight messaging protocols specifically designed for use in resource-constrained devices and networks, such as those found in M2M and IoT applications.
